About Us
Our people are the backbone of the agency. We value each person as an individual and we treat each other with respect.
We believe in pursuing interests outside the office and in taking vacations, all of which provide perspective on our work and our lives. We also work nights and weekends when the job requires it.
We support continuing education and professional growth.
We give back to our community by providing pro-bono services to organizations ranging from The Science Place, to Texas Music Project, to Cathedral Guadalupe and Temple Emanu-El, among others.
We have weekly staff meetings, which open with a random question posed by that week's meeting host. Questions have ranged from “what would you eat at your last meal” to "name one thing nobody knows about you."
We approach everything we do, from ordering office supplies to answering media queries, with a high degree of integrity. We were once fired for refusing to disclose the source of some confidential information we shared with a client, who understood in advance the source would have to remain confidential. It’s still one of our proudest moments.
