Sam Cruz
Dallas Fleet Manager
Sam Cruz hails from the beautiful seaside city of Veracruz, Mexico, and has lived in the Dallas area for 13 years. Although he’s not a native Texan, Sam enjoys the barbecue and cooler winters of the Lone Star State.
As fleet coordinator, Sam is in charge of managing and scheduling the deliveries of the Dallas fleet of Toyota and Lexus vehicles to journalists. In addition, he coordinates maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles. On a typical day, Sam can be found making deliveries all over the Gulf States area, from El Paso to Tulsa to Little Rock.
Prior to joining Hopkins & Associates in 2003, Sam turned out French breads in his position as baker at the Dallas-based Eatzi’s Market & Bakery.
During his free time, Sam enjoys customizing cars and spending as much time as possible with his family. His own truck is immaculately maintained and sports custom HID projector headlights, among other way cool features.
